For optimal tasting, enjoy our chocolates at room temperature, around 20 °c. Mineral water is the perfect pairing to help reveal the full depth of the chocolate’s flavors. Store your chocolates in a cool, dry place (around 18 °c), away from light, in their original packaging. if you choose to keep them in the lower part of your refrigerator, make sure to protect the box in a paper or plastic bag. In that case, take the chocolates out 30 minutes before tasting to bring them back to the ideal temperature.

The illustration for the Haussmann Christmas assorted gift box collection is signed by the artist duo Alex & Marine, who bring a contemporary vision of Paris to La Maison du Chocolat. Their tattoo-inspired lines capture movement and texture, sketching a cocoa-infused City of Light. Monuments intertwined with nature, façades blended with cacao pods, reimagined bridges and domes—each box becomes a true artistic fresco. Made in France, the boxes are composed entirely of cardboard and are fully recyclable (excluding the ribbon), combining elegance with a responsible commitment.
