For an optimal experience, enjoy our chocolates at room temperature, ideally around 20°C. Pair them with mineral water to fully reveal the richness of their aromas. Store your chocolates in a cool, dry place (around 18°C), away from light, in their original packaging. If you need to place them in the lower part of the refrigerator, protect the box in a paper or plastic bag. Remember to take them out 30 minutes before tasting so they can regain all their finesse.

La Maison du Chocolat Craftsmanship
Our Marrons Glacés are made from candied chestnuts sourced from the Turin region, renowned worldwide for the quality of its chestnut groves. We select chestnuts weighing around 22g, a size considered ideal for achieving a flavorful, non-mealy fruit. Following traditional methods, the candying process involves gradually replacing the fruit’s natural water with syrup by immersing the chestnuts in successive syrup baths infused with vanilla pods, increasing the concentration step by step. Glazed at the final stage, the Marron Glacé retains its natural flavors within a delicate layer of crystallized icing sugar.
