Account Creation – La Maison du Chocolat
You must go to Create an account. You will have access to our account creation form. To facilitate the creation of your account, please register using your professional email address and have your SIRET and VAT numbers ready.
No, you will not be able to place an order until your account has been validated. Your account should be validated within 48 business hours by our sales team. This timeframe is necessary to ensure you receive the best experience and offers on our website.

La Maison du Chocolat’s sales team must validate your information in order to confirm your payment methods. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your sales representative or customer service.
Order online
To order our chocolates, select the desired box(es) and add them to your cart. Then, you must log in or create an account to access your preferential pricing and proceed with your order. Once logged in, go to your cart and choose your preferred delivery method: single delivery or delivery to multiple addresses. Enter the delivery address(es), then proceed to the payment page. Once the payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can find all your order details in your account.
If you wish to order a personalized product, you can go to the personalization section, which includes all our available customization options. You can create the design you want. Once finalized, you can validate your creation and submit a quote request. Our sales team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Delivery
Single delivery is shipped to one recipient. The order can be sent to either a business or personal address. Multi-address delivery allows you to ship to multiple recipients (business or personal addresses) within a single order. You can select this option when validating your cart.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a first email containing all the details of your order. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking numbers accessible with a single click. Alternatively, you can log in to your customer account, go to your profile, then to the “Orders” section, where you will find your order history and all related information.
Delivery time varies depending on the selected carrier and the recipient’s country or city (delivery times are expressed in days following shipment) :
Paris city center and nearby suburbs (courier): same-day delivery
Mainland France (Chronopost): delivery within 24 hours
Europe (FedEx): delivery within 24–48 hours
For your information, carrier selection is only available for single orders.

Invoice
Your invoice will be available the day after your order is shipped. You can find it in your customer account, under your order history.
The invoice will not be included with the gift boxes. It will be sent to you by email on the day following the shipment of your order(s). Only a delivery note will be placed inside the package at the time of dispatch.
Payment
The available payment methods are as follows:
You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) at the end of the checkout process.
By bank transfer (only for accounts authorized by the sales department).
To access this payment method, your professional account with La Maison du Chocolat must first be approved by our corporate sales department. For more information, please contact your dedicated sales representative.

You can find all our customizable products in the personalization section of our website. Please note that a minimum order quantity is required for each personalization option.

You can only submit a quote request on our website, which means you won’t be able to place a direct order online. Your request will then be handled by one of our sales representatives.
Your customization request will be processed within 48 hours. A sales representative will contact you to confirm your request and provide follow-up.
PRODUCTS
The Best Before Date (DLUO) is clearly stated on each product’s information sheet. It indicates the period during which the product retains its optimal taste, appearance, and nutritional value. Consuming the product after this date does not pose any health risk; however, its organoleptic qualities may decline, and it may show signs of whitening.
The Best Before Date (DLUO) ranges from 8 to 26 days for ganaches, and from 8 to 54 days for pralinés.
