The Tuileries Parisian chocolate bar celebrates the art of chocolate through a generous and graphic composition. On a base of intense dark chocolate, a cascade of carefully selected roasted nuts, almonds, pistachios, and hazelnuts, creates an unprecedented crunch. This interplay of textures, between crisp and smooth, is crafted with precision by Nicolas Cloiseau, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Chef Creator at La Maison du Chocolat. Each bar, handcrafted, embodies the elegance of a luxury inspired by the world of fashion. Presented in a refined case, it becomes the perfect gesture to offer an exceptional moment or elevate a corporate gift with taste and distinction.

La Maison du Chocolat Craftsmanship
In his desire to do things differently, Nicolas Cloiseau, head of La Maison du Chocolat and Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier, chose not to take the easy route. First came the dual-layer Parisian Bar collection: two textures, two different flavors in one bar, twice the complexity. The process starts by pouring the smooth side of the bar onto cold marble, just 2mm of chocolate. Speed and precision are essential to cover it with the second layer at just the right moment. If it’s too cold, the second layer won’t stick. If it’s too warm, the first layer melts away. Here, it’s the combined experience of three chocolatiers who, working together, handcraft each Parisian Bar, recipe by recipe, marble by marble. The precision of the thickness determines the precision of the flavor imagined by Nicolas Cloiseau.
