Born from a bronze by cubist sculptor Jacques Owczarek, Tanakio Easter Artistic Piece is a sculpture to share and taste. This exceptional piece features a dark chocolate base sprinkled with almonds and pistachios, a dark‑chocolate crocodile mould filled with vanilla praline and crispy crêpe dentelle, a gourmet dark‑chocolate egg with roasted Piedmont hazelnut and two dark and milk chocolate eggs filled with avelinas and amandas. Nicolas Cloiseau, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, builds its sharp lines in layers of dark chocolate 56% and milk 36%, bound to a lightly vanilla almond praline with crêpe dentelle biscuit notes. A pierced plaque with 90 openings suggests a skin-like texture. The set is completed with a faceted Maison egg in dark chocolate with Piedmont hazelnuts, plus smooth eggs filled with fritures and dried fruits, on a bed of pistachios and almonds set in chocolate. For an optimal experience, enjoy our chocolates at room temperature, ideally around 20°C. Pair them with mineral water to fully reveal the richness of their aromas. Store your chocolates in a cool, dry place (around 18°C), away from light, in their original packaging. If you need to place them in the lower part of the refrigerator, protect the box in a paper or plastic bag. Remember to take them out 30 minutes before tasting so they can regain all their finesse.
